LATTICE80, the world’s largest Fintech Hub, will conduct a week long startup accelerator programme in Singapore from 28th May to 01st June, 2018 in partnership with the Government of Lithuania’s Agency for Science, Innovation and Technology (MITA).
MITA is a national innovation agency and the main governmental institution responsible for implementation of innovation policy in Lithuania. LATTICE80 announced its partnership to build the Singapore-Lithuania bridge with MITA late last year, a partnership to support Lithuanian startups looking to expand in Singapore.
As part of the partnership, LATTICE80 will conduct a startup acceleration programme for 8 fintech, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and cybersecurity companies that will visit Singapore as part of the MITA delegation. MITA and LATTICE80 together work on developing joint venture research projects across the aforementioned domains.
The startups part of the Lithuanian delegation will also host a demo day for local investors, and also visit several innovation labs and startup spaces to get a better understanding of Singapore’s thriving startup ecosystem.
LATTICE80 has been instrumental in establishing several such bridges through partnerships in countries like Japan, Luxembourg, Norway, India and more to facilitate an exchange of innovation between partner nations.
