LONDON & DUBAI – LATTICE80, the world’s largest fintech hub headquartered in London, has partnered with FinTech Hive at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the leading financial hub for the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA) region.
FinTech Hive has been established as a first-of-its-kind accelerator in the region, bringing cutting-edge financial services technology to the market through its platform that brings financial and technology firms together. DIFC, one of the world’s top financial centres, continues to build its FinTech ecosystem, which today consists of over 80 financial technology firms, by providing access to the relatively underserved MEASA markets.
LATTICE80 is building an ecosystem known as KAYA Network that connects over 11,000 fintech and blockchain startups and over 200,000 professionals including investors, corporates, financial institutions, government organisations and other stakeholders within the fintech and blockchain ecosystems in over 200 cities globally.
FinTech Hive, along with over 60 partner entities, work on a common goal towards fostering innovation in the region. Fintech Hive also offers cost-effective licensing solutions for fintechs, enabling regulation through its Innovative Testing License, flexible co-working spaces and access to a financial community of close to 23,000 professionals working across over 2,000 firms, and offering that is unmatched in the region.
LATTICE80 will work with DIFC by supporting their partnership network to bring together local, regional and international financial experts and institutions. This partnership also helps LATTICE80 to strengthen its network and presence in the MEASA region with Dubai as a base.
